Continental Petroleums announces resignation of independent director

Mr. Ashok Kumar (DIN 09443909) vide his Resignation letter dated 24.02.2022 has resigned as Independent director on the Board of CONTINENTAL PETROLEUMS LIMITED w.e.f. 24.02.2022 on account of reasons as mentioned by him in his Resignation letter which is enclosed herewith.

The company has received confirmation from the Independent Director that there are no material reasons for his resignation other than those which is provided in his resignation letter dated 24.02.2022.

Shares of CONTINENTAL PETROLEUMS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 43.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 43.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3578 in over 56 trades.
