Somany Home Innovation Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of directors of Somany Home Innovation Ltd has declared Interim Dividend @ 25% i.e. Re.0.50 (Paise Fifty) per equity share of Rs.2/- each for the financial year 2021-2022.

The Interim Dividend shall be paid on 1st March, 2022 to the equity shareholders of the Company, whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners as on 22nd February, 2022 which is the Record date fixed for the purpose of determining entitlement of the shareholders for such Interim Dividend.
