Vascon Engineers Limited receives Letter of Intent from Crest Ventures Limited

Vascon Engineers Ltd has received Letter of Intent amounting to approximately Rs. 14.50 Crores plus applicable taxes from Crest Ventures Limited for Shore Pile, Civil, Gypsum, Waterproofing & Allied Works for construction of residential cum commercial building consisting of part basements, podium parking and 11 residential floors at Crest Link (Dreamland) Khar (W), Mumbai. The work has been awarded on Item Rate Basis. The work has to be completed within 18 months from the date of receipt of this letter of intent.

Shares of Crest Ventures Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 155.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 154.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 535 in over 11 trades.
