Yes Bank CoD Meeting to consider preferential issue to International Investor

Yes Bank Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Capital Raising Committee of the Board of Directors (CoD) of the Bank will be held on October 18, 2006 to consider a proposal from a prospective international investor for private placement of Equity Shares by way of preferential issue at a price to be determined in conformity with the terms of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Disclosure and Investor Protection ) Guidelines, 2000.

The stock is up 2.59% in today's trading at Rs.102.75.
