East West Holdings Ltd allots shares, warrants

The Board of Directors of East West Holdings Ltd at their meeting held today ie Thursday, 03rd February, 2022 have approved the allotment of shares and warrants, the details of which is as under:

1. Issued and allotted 71,62,500 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each for Cash at price of Rs. 9/- per shares to the Non-Promoters (Public Category).

2. Issued and allotted 71,00,000 warrants convertible into 71,00,000 Equity shares of Rs.2/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 9/- per warrant to Promoters.

3. Issued and allotted 24,00,000 warrants convertible into 24,00,000 Equity shares of Rs.2/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 9/- per warrant to the Non-Promoters (Public Category).

Shares of East West Holdings Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 10.97 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 10.96. The total number of shares traded during the day was 35874 in over 192 trades.
