Aarti Drugs Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Aarti Drugs Ltd at its Meeting held on Monday, January 31, 2022, has declared the Interim Dividend Rs. 1/- (Rupee One) (@10%) per Equity share for the financial year 2021-22. Thursday, February 10, 2022 has been fixed as 'Record Date' for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend.
