Dhruv Consultancy Services board approves preferential issue

The Board of Directors of Dhruv Consultancy Services Limited at its meeting concluded today, has approved the issue and allotment of up to 40,00,000 equity shares of the Company by way of Preferential Allotment and issuance of 9,22,769 share warrants.

The board approved issuance of up to 40,00,000 Equity shares of face value of 10/- each ("Equity Shares"), on a preferential basis ("Preferential Issue") to Mrs. Reena Nitin Shinde (8,00,000 shares) and Qadosh Ventures Private Limited (32,00,000 shares), both which presently are not a promoter or member of the promoter group of the Company, at a price of Rs. 63/- per Equity Share aggregating to Rs. 25,20,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Five Crores Twenty Lakhs Only) subject approvals.

The board also approved issuance of securities by way of 9,22,769 Share Warrants on a preferential basis to the promoters and promoter group.

Shares of Dhruv Consultancy Services Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 58.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 57.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 19657 in over 473 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 60.00 and intraday low of 55.30. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1149958.00.
