Asian Electronics to Allot 2100000 Equity Shares to QIBs

Asian Electronics Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 16, 2006, has approved the allotment of 21,00,000 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs 10/- each at Rs 460/- per shares to Qualified Institutional Buyers in accordance with the Guidelines for "Qualified Institutions Placement" under Chapter XIII-A of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Disclosure and Investor Protection) Guidelines, 2000.
