RAMINFO Ltd diversifies into agri-logistics business

RAMINFO Ltd has successfully diversified its initial steps into the Agri-Logistics Business and have executed its first agreement of "Online Distribution / Digital Channel Distribution Agreement" with the "Telangana State Co-Operative Oilseeds Grower Federation Limited" (TSOILFED), a Public-Sector Undertaking under the State of Telangana.

The Company's focus is to act as the "Digital Channel Partner" to provide the Digital Platforms and framework to promote / market the distribution of the products of TSOILFED under the brand name "Vijaya". The Company is of the opinion that the Combined Business would benefit to leverage significant opportunities in Direct to Customer (D2C), Company derives revenue based on the Vijaya products sales through Digital Channels.

Shares of RAMINFO LIMITED was last trading in BSE at Rs. 137.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 152.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 174207 in over 1625 trades.
