Continental Petroleums Ltd board updates on business

The Board of Directors of Continental Petroleums Ltd in its meeting held on Friday, 31st December, 2021 at 1.30 P.M at the registered office of the company, has approved for use of Incineration facility at upgraded and Modernised Incineration plant (worth Rs 598.73 Lacs) situated at Behror, Alwar, Rajasthan.

The board also approved proposal to obtain Loan Facility of Rs. 3,00,00,000/- (Rupees Three Crore) from HDFC Bank Limited for the purpose of meeting the cost of acquiring of Nos. 07 commercial vehicles.

Shares of CONTINENTAL PETROLEUMS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 44.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 45.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2207 in over 42 trades.
