Taparia Tools Ltd Board declares Interim Dividend of Rs. 70

The Board of Directors of Taparia Tools Ltd at its meeting held on December 20, 2021, has considered to pay the Interim Dividend @ Rs. 70/- per Equity share of Rs. 10/- each from the Distributable Profit for the period from April 01, 2021 to September 30, 2021.

The aforesaid Interim Dividend shall be credited / dispatched on or before January 18, 2022.
