Brookfield India REIT to consider fund raising on Dec 17, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Brookprop Management Services Private Limited, the Manager to Brookfield India Real Estate Trust ("Brookfield India REIT"), shall be held on Friday, December 17, 2021 through audio-visual electronic means, to consider and approve fund raising options by Brookfield India REIT, including through preferential issue and/or any other mode, as permitted under applicable law and, in relation thereto, issue of notice to the unitholders for approval of such fund raise, as applicable.
