Affordable Robotic & Automation Ltd's subsidiary ARAPL RAAS PRIVATE LIMITED in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting has approved to issue and allot 2,222 (Two Thousand Two Hundred and Twenty Two) Equity Shares having Face Value of Rs. 10 (Rupee Ten only) at a premium of Rs. 22,490 (Twenty Two Thousand Four Hundred and Ninety only) each aggregating to Rs. 4,99,95,000 (Rupees Four Crore Ninety Nine Lakhs and Ninety Five Thousand Only) on preferential basis through private placement (the "Issue"') to Mr. Vijay Kedia.
