The Board of Directors of Saksoft Ltd at their Meeting held today have approved the payment of Interim Dividend @ Rs. 3.00/- per share (30%) on equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the Financial Year 2021-22.
To ascertain the eligibility of shareholders of the Company entitled for the payment of interim dividend the record date is fixed as November 19, 2021. The Interim Dividend shall be paid within thirty days from the date of declaration.
