K P I Global Infrastructure Ltd Board declares Interim Dividend of Rs. 0.60

The Board of Directors of K P I Global Infrastructure Ltd at its meeting held on November 02, 2021, has considered, approved and declared Interim Dividend at 6% i.e. Re. 0.60 (Sixty Paisa Only) per equity share having face value of Rs. 10/- each on the equity share capital of the Company for the financial year 2021-22.

The Dividend shall be paid within 30 days from the date of its declaration to the shareholders whose name appears in the Register of Members as on the Record date.
