SAT Industries Ltd's subsidiary Aeroflex Industries Ltd files for IPO

SAT Industries Ltd's material subsidiary viz; Aeroflex Industries Limited is going for an expansion in the production capacity which will be funded by raising equity capital through an Initial Public Offer (IPO) and for this purpose Company has appointed Book Running Lead Manager (BRLM).

Shares of SAT INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 31.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 33.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 81299 in over 144 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 34.40 and intraday low of 31.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2646296.00.
