NXTDlGITAL Limited fixes Oct 25, 2021 as record date for rights issue

Pursuant to the delegation of the authority to the Rights Issue Committee by the Board of Directors of NXTDlGITAL Limited at their meeting held on May 13,2021, the Rights Issue Committee of the Company, has, at its meeting held today i.e October 18, 2021, fixed the record date as Monday, October 25, 2021 for the purpose of determining the name of equity shareholders of the Company eligible to apply for the Rights Equity Shares in the Rights Issue of the Company.

Shares of NXTDIGITAL LIMITED was last trading in BSE at Rs. 497.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 508.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 671 in over 108 trades.
