Andhra Cements Ltd board accepts resignation of Shri Ram Bahadur Singh

The Board of Directors of Andhra Cements Ltd at their Meeting held today i.e 11th October, 2021 has accepted the resignation of Shri Ram Bahadur Singh, Non-Executive Director and appointed Shri Shyam Datt Nailwal (DIN - 00008529) as Non-Executive Director in his place with immediate effect.
