On the recommendations of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of Sagarsoft India Ltd at their meeting held today i.e., October 7, 2021 has appointed Mr. Kondrella Roopesh as President of IT CATS LLC, USA, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
