Fluidomat Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 3.25

The Board of Directors of Fluidomat Ltd has recommended a dividend @ Rs.3.25/- (32.50%) per equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for the year 2020-21, on the total 49,27,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each which will be paid to all the members / beneficiaries of the Company whose names appears in the Register of Members and records of the beneficiaries as may be intimated by the Depositories subject to approval of member at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
