Span Diagnostics to consider preferential issue on May 03, 2008

Span Diagnostics Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 03, 2008, inter alia, to consider preferential issue of financial instruments to the promoters of the Company.

The financial instruments will carry an option of conversion into / exchange against equity shares at a later date.
