IOL Netcom allots 7 Lakh equity shares

IOL Netcom Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company vide circular resolution dated April 11, 2008 has approved the Allotment of 7,00,000 Equity Shares to M/s. Maula Trading Company Pvt Ltd pursuant to the conversion of 7,00,000 Equity Warrants held by them.
