Rajoo Engineers allots 360000 warrants

Rajoo Engineers Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 08, 2008, has allotted 3,60,000 convertible warrants of Rs 90/- each of the Company to several applicant whose name and respective warrants as given in the Register of Allotment prepared in accordance with SEBI Guidelines on Preferential Issue is submitted to this meeting and initialed by the Chairman for the identification.
