Garment Mantra Lifestyle Ltd (Erstwhile Junction Fabrics & Apparels Ltd) is extremely delighted to inform our esteemed stakeholders that the company has received In-principle approval for Migration of Garment Mantra Lifestyle Ltd from BSE SME Platform to BSE Mainboard. The Company would now be complying with the few of the final formalities for listing of its securities on the BSE Mainboard.
