Indoco Remedies Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 0.30 for FY20

The Board of directors of Indoco Remedies Ltd at its meeting today, has recommended dividend of Rs. 0.30/ - per share (15%) on face value of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year 2019-2020,subject to the Members approval at the AGM.
