Navin Fluorine International Ltd allots 3860 shares

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Navin Fluorine International Limited has, on June 19, 2019, allotted 3,860 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each to an eligible employee of the Company upon exercising Stock Options by him under the prevailing Employee Stock Option Scheme 2007 (ESOS 2007) of the Company.

With this allotment, the paid-up capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 9,89,07,495/- (4,94,46,470 equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each fully paid-up and 14,555 partly paid equity shares of Rs. 2/- each, on which Re.1/- per share paid-up).
