Gitanjali Gems allots 244717 equity shares pursuant to conversion of FCCBs

Gitanjali Gems Ltd has announced that the Company had received Two Conversion Notices for conversion of 150 FCCBs of the face value of USD 10,000/- each.

Accordingly the Company on January 31, 2008, allotted 2,44,717 equity shares having par value of Rs 10/- each, at an initial conversion price of Rs 275/- per share in terms of the Offering Circular dated November 21, 2006.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands at Rs 85,06,28,830/- consisting of 8,50,62,883 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
