Sequent Scientific Ltd allots 31,34,800 shares

The Board of Directors of Sequent Scientific Ltd has approved the allotment of 31,34,800 equity shares of INR 2.00 each to Sequent Scientific Employee Stock Option Plan Trust('Trust'). The shares allotted to Trust shall be allocated to Employees upon exercise of options vested to them by the Company from time to time.

Consequent to this allotment, the paid-up capital of the Company stands increased from INR 48,74,72,390 (consisting of 24,37,36,195 equity shares of INR 2.00/- each) to INR 49,37,41,990 (consisting of 24,68,70,995 equity shares of INR 2.00/- each).
