Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd allots 35050 shares

The Finance Committee of the Company at its Meeting held on March 26, 2019 has approved an allotment of 35,050 equity shares to those option grantees who had exercised their options under the following "Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited - Employees' Stock Option Schemes ("ESOP Schemes") of the Company.
