Solix Technologies EGM approves preferential issue at Rs.90

Solix Technologies Ltd has announced that the members at the Extra-ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on October 05, 2006, have approved issue and allotment of 2,25,000 number of equity shares to NRI through preferential allotment basis at a price of Rs 90/- (including premium) in accordance with the provisions of Section 81(1A) of the Companies Act, 1956.
