Punj Lloyd allots 1968664 shares upon conversion of FCCBs

Punj Lloyd Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors in its meeting held on January 23, 2008, has allotted 1,968,664 equity shares under conversion of Zero Coupon Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds aggregating to US $ 12,100,000.
