Oriental Bank of Commerce board to consider QIP on Aug 30, 2018

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Oriental Bank of Commerce will be held on Thursday, 30th August, 2018 at Corporate Office, Gurugram to, consider and approve the raising of capital from the market through QIP for an amount not exceeding Rs.1000.00 crore.

The timing and exact quantum of the issue would be decided by the Board / Committee of Board in due course depending upon market conditions.

Shares of ORIENTAL BANK OF COMMERCE was last trading in BSE at Rs.81.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 80.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 231170 in over 796 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 82.7 and intraday low of 80.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 18935851.
