IDFC Bank allots 50000 shares

Pursuant to IDFC Bank Employee Stock Option Scheme 2015 ('IDFC Bank - ESOS 2015'), the Bank has granted today, to its eligible employees 50,000 options equivalent to 50,000 equity shares at a price of Rs.43.25 per equity share. These options shall vest over a maximum period of 5 years and shall be exercisable within a maximum period of 4 years from the date of vesting.

Shares of IDFC Bank Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.42.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 43.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 893924 in over 2042 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 43.8 and intraday low of 41.9. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 38245595.
