INOX Leisure allots shares on merger of Calcutta Cine

INOX Leisure Ltd has announced that in terms of the Scheme of Amalgamation of Calcutta Cine Private Ltd into the Company, as approved by the High Courts of Judicature at Gujarat and Calcutta, the Board of Directors, at their meeting held on December 19, 2007, have allotted 16,67,800 fully paid up equity shares of Rs 10 each to the shareholders of Calcutta Cine Private Ltd.

With the issue of the above shares the paid up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 61,66,78,000 (Rupees Sixty One Crores Sixty-six lacs Seventy-Eight Thousand).
