Cambridge Technology to allot 4250000 warrants

Cambridge Technology Enterprises Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 17, 2007 has approved the allotment of 42,50,000 Convertible Equity Warrants of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 45/- per warrant aggregating to Rs 23,37,50,000/-. The details of the allottees are as under:

1. Rosebury Investments Pte Ltd, Singapore - 19,50,000 No of Warrants

2. Prime Genius Investment Pte Ltd, Singapore - 23,00,000 No of Warrants

Further the Company has informed that 42,50,000 convertible equity warrants will be converted into equal number of equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 45/- per share on or before expiry of 18 months from the date of allotment i.e. December 17, 2007.
