Future Consumer Ltd allots 2 lakh shares

Future Consumer Ltd has on 25th April, 2018 issued and allotted 200,000 equity shares consequent to exercise of options, at the exercise price as determined under the Employee Stock Option Plan - 2014 of the Company.

In terms of the aforesaid allotment of equity shares, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 11,481,801,978/- comprising of 1,913,633,663 equity shares of Rs. 6/- each.
