Tilaknagar Industries allots 4500000 warrants

Tilaknagar Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 14, 2007 and approval of the members of the Company at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on November 28, 2007, has allotted 45,00,000 (Forty five Lacs) Convertible Warrants at a price of Rs 157/- each, which are convertible into Equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 147/- within a period of 18 months, on preferential basis to the following persons belonging to the Promoter group:

- Mr. Amit Dahanukar : 22,50,000 no. of Warrants

- Mrs. Shivani A Dahanukar : 22,50,000 no. of Warrants.
