Suraj Stainless allots 515000 shares to Bsurinvest Bvba at Rs.270

Suraj Stainless Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 30, 2006, has allotted 5,15,000 Equity Shares to M/s. Bsurinvest Bvba, a Foreign Company registered under Notary Act in Belgium under non promoter category, at a price of Rs 270/- per share. (face value of Rs 10/- each with premium of Rs 260/- per share) as per the SEBI preferential issue Guidelines.
