Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd allots 13129 shares

The ESOP Allotment Committee of the Company, at its meeting held today, has allotted 13,129 equity shares of face value of Rs.5/- each to the eligible Employees of the Company who have exercised their stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2010, Employee Stock Option Scheme 2011 and OFSS Stock Plan 2014. These shares shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects. In this allotment, 2,000 shares are allotted to a Director of the Company.

With this allotment, the paid up capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 427,016,790 /- divided into 85,403,358 equity shares of face value of Rs.5/- each.

Shares of ORACLE FINANCIAL SERVICES SOFTWARE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.4051.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 4026.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2341 in over 380 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 4069 and intraday low of 3947.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 9455942.
