BAG Films allots 1 Crore Warrants convertible into Equity Shares

BAG Films & Media Ltd has announced that the Investor Grievance Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on December 03, 2007 has allotted 1,00,00,000 warrants convertible into equity shares of Rs 2/- each to Anu Films & Communications Pvt Ltd, New Delhi a promoter group Company at a price of Rs 60.15 per shares (including a premium of Rs 58.15 per shares) against 10% upfront money received by the Company.
