Castrol India Ltd allots 49,45,61,192 Equity Shares

Castrol India Ltd has, on 26 December 2017, allotted 49,45,61,192 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- as fully paid-up bonus equity shares, to the members whose names appeared in the Register of Members of the Company/List of Beneficial Owners as received from the National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) Limited as on 23 December 2017, 'the Record Date' fixed for this purpose, in the proportion of 1:1 i.e. 1 (One) Bonus Equity Share of Rs. 5/- of the Company for every 1(One) fully paid Equity Share of Rs. 5/- held as on the Record Date.

The shares so allotted shall rank pari passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company.
