Aditya Birla Capital Limited allots 48400000 shares

Aditya Birla Capital Limited (ABCL) has announced that it has completed the issuance and allotment of 4,84,00,000 equity shares on a private placement basis at a price of Rs. 145.40 to P I Opportunities Fund -1 in accordance with the terms of the Subscription Agreement and the Companies Act, 2013.
