Repco Home Finance Ltd approves allotment of NCDs

The Board of Directors of Repco Home Finance Ltd vide Resolution passed by circulation today i.e. June 15,2017, has approved the allotment of 1000 Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible, Non-Cumulative Debentures (SRNCD) of face value of Rs.10,00,000 each aggregating to Rs.100 crore on private placement basis.

Shares of REPCO HOME FINANCE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.901.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 879.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 42911 in over 2431 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 918.8 and intraday low of 883.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 38982628.
