Hindustan Dorr allots shares on conversion of warrants

Hindustan Dorr Oliver Ltd has announced that the Company at its meeting held on September 23, 2006, allotted 10,00,000 shares Rs 2/- each to M/s. IVRCL Infrastructure & Project Ltd, in conversion of the 2,00,000 warrants allotted to them having received full consideration.
