Lakshmi Vilas Bank Ltd allots 1410190 shares

The Nomination Remuneration and Compensation Committee of the Board of Lakshmi Vilas Bank Ltd, in its meeting held on January 18, 2017 has resolved to grant 14,10,190 (Fourteen lakhs ten thousand one hundred and ninety only) options to eligible employees of the Bank. Further, the vesting period & exercise shall be governed by the "LVB ESOP 2010 Scheme" of the Bank.
