AXIS Bank Ltd approves allotment of 102800 Equity Shares under ESOP

AXIS Bank Ltd has allotted 1,02,800 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on November 15, 2016, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 478,16,60,676 (239,08,30,338 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 478,18,66,276 (239,09,33,138 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.471.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 465.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 564143 in over 7119 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 475 and intraday low of 458.6. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 262655963.
