Future Enterprises Ltdallots secured NCDs

The Committee of Directors of Future Enterprises Ltd has at their meeting held on October 26, 2016, considered, approved & allotted of 200, 9.75% Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures ("NCDs") of Rs. 10 lakh each (NCD Series XV - C) and 300, 9.80% Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures ("NCDs") of Rs. 10 lakh each, (NCD Series XV - D) aggregating to Rs. 50 crore, on private placement basis.
