Zee Learn Ltd approves allotment of 49106 Shares upon exercise of Stock Option

The ESOP Allotment Sub-Committee of Zee Learn Ltd at its meeting held on September 01, 2016 has approved allotment of total 49,106 equity shares consisting of 42,356 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- at an exercise price of Rs. 20.85 per Equity Share and 6,750 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- at an exercise price of Rs. 14.50 per Equity Share, under the ZLL ESOP 2010 - AMENDED 2015 Scheme.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has increased from 320,554,255 equity shares of Re. 1/- each aggregating Rs. 320,554,255/- to 320,603,361 equity shares of Re. 1/- each aggregating Rs. 320,603,361/-.

Shares of ZEE LEARN LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.36.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 37. The total number of shares traded during the day was 22463 in over 173 trades.
