HDFC Bank Ltd allots 3878900 equity shares under ESOP

HDFC Bank Ltd has on August 26, 2016 allotted 3878900 equity shares to the employees of the Bank pursuant to exercise of options under its Employees Stock Options Schemes (ESOS).

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 5076901034 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 5084658834 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.

Shares of HDFC BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1257.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1257.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 50176 in over 2461 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1261.75 and intraday low of 1253. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 63069127.
