Manappuram Finance Ltd approves allotment of 243425 equity shares pursuant to exercise of Employee Stock Options

The Financial Resources and Management Committee of Board of Directors of Manappuram Finance Ltd at its meeting held on July 21, 2016 has allotted 2,43,425 (Two Lakh Forty Three Thousand Four Hundred & Twenty Five) equity shares having face value of Rs. 2 each under the revised ESOS Scheme 2009.
